Enterprise x402 Trust Audit

This audit workflow helps teams decide whether a paid endpoint has enough observable evidence to evaluate for agent spend. It combines scanner evidence, report integrity, payment policy, settlement health, and recurring alert coverage; it is not a safety certification.

Enterprise x402 Trust Review: from $2,500

For an agreed scope of up to 10 public endpoints or one agent payment workflow, Ontario returns evidence-led allow, review, or deny findings, report-integrity and freshness checks, and a prioritized remediation register. The final scope and invoice are confirmed before work begins.

This is a qualified review, not a safety certification, regulatory opinion, registry-placement promise, uptime SLA, settlement guarantee, or financial outcome guarantee.

Audit checklist

A trust audit should produce a clear allow, review, or deny outcome with evidence links that procurement, security, and engineering can inspect.

  • Fresh signed readiness report with valid integrity metadata.
  • Service profile with latest score, certification, price, and network.
  • Configured drift and settlement alert paths for critical endpoints.

Distribution output

Each audit should create a durable artifact: a report, a remediation task, a docs note, or a product follow-up that improves the wider x402 ecosystem.

  • Broken implementations become scanner fixtures or fix guides.
  • Protocol changes become docs and weekly intelligence entries.
  • Repeated enterprise concerns become product tasks for Ontario.

Workflow
