Download Catalog Watch for scheduled, customer-run observations and before/after webhook notifications. The Python kit includes setup instructions and requires your own scheduler and optional HTTPS webhook.

This is free software, not a hosted subscription. It never signs or spends. During included maintenance it does not propose paid refreshes. Afterwards, eligible refresh jobs still require your agent's explicit wallet policy. The kit observes public profiles, not continuous endpoint uptime.
