Ontario reviews the public endpoint and diagnostic class. If the work is not bounded, you receive a fix-first or not-a-fit decision and no invoice.
Ontario's free diagnostic decides whether the problem is purchase readiness, catalog activation, or buyer-task retrieval. This handoff fixes one bounded blocker instead of selling another generic report.
Ontario confirms one bounded public blocker and agrees the exact evidence that must exist before an invoice can be issued.
Invoice trigger: agreed public evidence outcome delivered. Diagnosis or form submission alone creates no invoice.

Ontario completes only the agreed readiness repair, catalog result, or factual retrieval patch. Provider accounts, wallets, and approvals remain yours.
The same public check is repeated. The $49 invoice exists only after the agreed evidence outcome is delivered; ranking, traffic, buyers, and revenue are not promised.
Ontario will reply with qualify, fix-first, or not-a-fit. Do not submit credentials, private source, customer data, wallet material, payment signatures, or URLs containing secrets.
Major application development, private repository access, wallet custody, third-party fees, production settlements, security audits, and ongoing monitoring are not included. Any larger scope requires a separate explicit agreement. Ontario provides observable readiness and discovery evidence; it does not guarantee endpoint safety, catalog acceptance, search order, traffic, customers, settlement success, or revenue.
